Of all obstacles home builders face, Mother Nature is often the harshest.

In a climate-controlled facility free of rain, snow, or wind damage. Most panelized homes can be weather-tight in 3 to 10 days, keeping your home safe and dry and prevent the warping, mold, mildew, and squeaking that weather may cause.

These packages are delivered to the home site as a complete set of an engineered floor system, exterior and interior wall panels, roof trusses, and misc materials, while others are full and next to complete the rough in of the home.

Windows and doors are installed (Day 5) and subcontractors are scheduled to work on the interior. A total of 3 ½ to 4 months completion (move in) time saves time and interest creating the best value.
